・ 1can of GEISHA SMALL SHRIMP 4oz, drained
・ 1/2lbs of pasta
・ 1/4lbs of bacon, cut into small piece
・ 1 clove of garlic
・ 1 tablespoon of olive oil
・ 1 can of tomato diced
・ 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter
・ 1 tablespoon of sugar
・ 2 teaspoons of granulated consommé
・ Salt & Black pepper to taste
・ About 1 cup of heavy cream (a little less than a cup, 6fl oz. )
・ 2 tablespoons of grated cheese
・ 1 teaspoon of Parsley finely chopped, to garnish
Add olive oil, garlic, and bacon to a frying pan and saute. At the same time, in a deep pot, bring a large amount of water to a boil and add salt. Add pasta when water is boiled and let it sit till al dente.
Add canned tomatoes, butter, sugar, granulated consommé, and salt and pepper to the pan.
Without draining, transfer pasta from bowl to pan (sauce) and add the heavy cream and shrimp. Cook for a bit, tossing the pasta with the sauce, until the sauce thickens slightly.
Place in a bowl, sprinkle with cheese powder, and sprinkle with dried parsley and black pepper to taste.
