・ 1can of GEISHA MUSHROOM MIX 4oz,drained
・ 1 tablespoon of olive oil
・ 1/2 clove of garlic, chopped
・ 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
・ Salt and pepper toasted
・ 1 teaspoon of parsley
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and saute the mushrooms over high-medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes.
When the mushrooms are shiny and the water has evaporated, lower the heat slightly and add the garlic, salt, black pepper and parsley.
When the mushrooms have been fried until the water has evaporated, remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice.
*Chilling in refrigerator for 3 – 4 hours before serving would give a nice mushrooms scent.
