・ 1 can of GEISHA MIX VEGETABLES 14.5oz, drained
・ 1/2 can of GEISHA WHOLE BABY CORN 14.11oz, drained
・ 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
・ 1 tablespoon of chicken bouillon powder
・ 1 tablespoon of cooking sake
・ 2 teaspoons of vinegar
・ 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce
・ 1 teaspoon of sugar
・ 1/2 cup of water
・ 1 tablespoon of potato starch
Mix soy sauce, chicken bouillon powder, sake, vinegar, oyster sauce, sugar, water and potato starch in a small bowl and set aside.
Add oil to a frying pan and fry mix vegetables and whole baby corn.
When all the ingredients are cooked, turn off the heat and stir well again before adding the sauce mixture.
After the sauce has been blended in, turn the heat back on and bring the sauce to a boil over medium-high heat.
Once it starts to boil, do not turn off the heat immediately, but keep it at a simmer for about a minute to thicken the sauce.
