・ 1 can GEISHA FANCY CRAB MEAT WITH LEG MEAT 6oz, drained
・ 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
・ 1 table spoon of olive oil
・ 1/2 cup of onions, chopped
・ 1 table spoon of white wine
・ 1 can of diced tomato 14OZ
・ 1 table spoon of consomme
・ Half cup of heavy cream
・ salt and black pepper to taste
・ Half pound of spaghetti
In a large frying pan, add the minced garlic and olive oil over medium heat.
When it becomes fragrant, add the chopped onion and fry until it becomes translucent.
Add the white wine and GEISHA FANCY CRAB MEAT with all its liquid, and simmer to release the liquid.
When the liquid has evaporated, add the canned tomatoes and consommé, and simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
Finally, add the cream and bring to a quick simmer, and the sauce is ready to serve.
In a separate pot, pour in 1% salted water, bring to a boil, then cook pasta 1 minute shorter than indicated on the package. Then, stir in pasta into the frying pan and toss with sauce over low heat.
