・ 1 can of GEISHA KING TRUMPET MUSHROOM 4oz, drained
・ 1 can of GEISHA GOLDEN MUSHROOM 4oz, drained
・ 1 can of GEISHA BROWN SHIMEJI MUSHROOM 4oz, drained
・ 1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese(2-2.5oz)
・ 1 cup of potato starch(3.5oz)
・ 2/3 cup of all purpose flour(2.3oz)
・ 1/2 cup of water
・ 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
・ 1.5 tablespoon of butter
Mix all the mushrooms, flour, potato starch, and cheese in a bowl, add water little by little, and mix well until the powdery mixture disappears.
Heat butter in a frying pan, pour in the mixture, and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
When the dough starts to brown, turn it over and pour in the soy sauce.
Bake for about 5 minutes, and when the whole dish is browned, cut it into bite-sized pieces.
