・ 4 cans of GEISHA MINCED CLAMS 6.7oz
・ 1 package(16oz) of linguine pasta
・ 8 tablespoons of unsalted butter
・ 1 white onion, chopped
・ 2 cups of mushrooms, sliced
・ 4 cloves of garlic, chopped
・ 1 cup of white wine
・ 2 tablespoons of sour cream
・ Ground black pepper to taste
・ 1/4 cup of parsley, chopped
Bring salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Melt butter in a large frying pan over medium heat . Add onions, mushrooms, garlic, and saute until tender. Pour in wine and simmer for 10 minutes.
Stir in clams, reserved clam juice, sour cream, pepper, and parsley, and simmer another 20 minutes.
Toss with linguine, and serve.
