・ 2 cans of GEISHA WHOLE BABY SCALLOPS 3.75oz, drained
・ 1 can of GEISHA BROWN SHIPMEJI MUSHROOMS 4oz, drained
・ 1 head of broccoli, separated into small bunches
・ 1 clove of garlic, chopped
・ Crushed red chili pepper
・ Salt & pepper to taste
・ 3 tablespoons of olive oil
Place broccoli in a heatproof container, cover with wet kitchen paper, cover softly with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute.
Add olive oil, garlic, and red pepper to a frying pan and heat over low heat. When fragrant, add scallops, broccoli, and shimeji mushrooms and cook over low-medium heat for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with red chili pepper, salt, black pepper and stir-fry briefly. Then, ready to serve.
