・ 1 can GEISHA SNOW CRAB MEAT 6oz, drained
・ Half cup of maccaroni
・ 1 table spoon of salt(for boiling water)
・ 1/2 onion, sliced thinly
・ 4 mushrooms, sliced
・ 1 table spoon of butter
・ 2 and 1/4 table spoon of flour
・ 1 cup of milk
・ 1 tea spoon of consomme
・ salt and black pepper to taste
・ 2 table spoon of grated parmesan cheese
Bring a pot of water to a boil, add salt, and boil the macaroni for one minute less than the time indicated on the bag.
Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the onions. When they start to thicken, add the mushrooms and fry some more.
Sprinkle in the flour and stir until combined well, then add the milk little by little. Mix with a wooden spoon each time to avoid lumps.
When all the milk has been added, bring to a boil over low heat, stirring constantly.
When the mixture has thickened well, add the crab meat, consommé, salt and pepper, and mix gently.
Place the macaroni in a heatproof container, pour the mixture over the top, and spread flat. Sprinkle with powdered cheese and bake in a oven at 400℉ for about 15 minutes until browned. Sprinkle with parsley if desired and enjoy!
