・ 1 can GEISHA TINY SHRIMP 4oz, drained
・ 8 slices of wheat bread
・ 1 head of broccoli(7oz), chopped
・ 1/2 onions, chopped
・ 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
・ 1 table spoon of butter
・ salt and black pepper to taste
Place the broccoli and onion in a heatproof container, cover softly with plastic wrap, microwave at 600W for 1 minute, and set aside to cool down.
Mix in the shrimp, mayonnaise, and salt and pepper.
Spread butter on the bread. (Do the same for the other slices.)
Put the mix on a piece of bread, put another piece of bread on top. The same goes to other breads.
