・3 cans of GEISHA CHUNK LIGHT TUNA IN WATER 5oz, drained
・2 teaspoons of lemon juice
・3 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
・10 tablespoons of bread crumbs
・3 tablespoons of diced onion
・Ground black pepper to taste
Put beaten eggs and lemon juice in a bowl, then stir in Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs to make a paste. Stir in tuna and onion. Season with black pepper.
Shape the mixture into 1-inch-thick patties and make 6 – 8 of them.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook patties until golden brown, about 5mintues on each side. Then, ready to serve.
