・ 1 can of GEISHA SMOKED OYSTERS IN SUNFLOWER OIL, (DRAINED)
・ 1/4 of yellow pepper, sliced
・ 1/4 of red pepper, sliced
・ 1/3 cup of scallion(chopped)
・ 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce
・ Ground pepper to taste
Add all the liquid from the can to a frying pan and fry the vegetables over medium heat.
When the vegetables are cooked, pour the oyster sauce over them and mix well. Then add the oysters and stir well. Sprinkle with black pepper.
