・ 1 can GEISHA WHITE MEAT TUNA IN WATER 12oz ,drained and flaked
・ 1/3 cup of mayonnaise
・ 3 tablespoons of parsley, chopped
・ 2 tablespoons of chives, chopped
・ 2 tablespoons of tarragon, chopped
・ 1 teaspoon of lemon zest, minced
・ 2 teaspoons of lemon juice
・ 1 teaspoons of Dijon mustard
・ black pepper to taste
・ 8 slices of whole wheat bread
・ 4 leaves of lettuce
・ 4 thin slices of red tomato
・ 4 slice cheese
Mingle together mayonnaise, parsley, chives, tarrgon, lemon zest, lemon juice, dijion mustard, and black pepper in a large bowl. After combined, stir in tuna, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate it until chilled.
Place a leaf of lettuce on each bread slice. Then spread tuna evenly over the lettuce on the bread slice. Top with tomatoes, cheese and rest of the breads.
