・ 1 can of GEISHA MACKEREL IN WATER 15oz
・ 1 can of GEISHA KING TRUMPET MUSHROOMS 4oz, drained
・ 2 cucumbers, cut into half-inch slices
・ 12 cherry tomatoes
・ 6 sausages, cut into 1/3 pieces
・ 4 anchovies
・ 2 teaspoons of chicken bouillon cube
・ Salt and pepper to taste
・ 2 cloves of garlic, minced
・ 1.5 cups of olive oil(13.5fl oz.)
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over low heat with the anchovies and garlic until golden.
Put all ingredients into the skillet except chicken bouillon, salt pepper, canned mackerel. Then stir gently over medium heat until cherry tomato becomes soft .
Add the canned mackerel with all the liquid and bring to a boil and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Then, add chicken bouillon, salt and pepper to taste. If needed, add extra more of bouillon and salt, pepper. Ready to serve
