・ 1can of GEISHA WATER CHESNUTS DICED, drained
・ 1 tablespoon of GEISHA HOT SESAME OIL 6.2fl oz.
・ 1 lbs of ground pork
・ 1 onion, chopped
・ 1/4 hoisin sauce
・ 4 garlic cloves, minced
・ 1 tablespoon of minced ginger
・ 1 tablespoon of red wine vineger
・ 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
・ 2 tablespoons of Thai chili sauce
・ 4 green onions, chopped
・ Lettuce leaves
Add oil to a frying pan and fry the pork and onion until the pork is well cooked.
Add the hoisin sauce, garlic, ginger, vinegar, soy sauce and chili sauce to the pan and fry over low heat until mixed. When mixed, add water chestnuts, green onions, and oil and saute. Place pork mixture on lettus leaves for serving.
