・ 1can of GEISHA GOLDENMUSHROOM 4oz, drained
・ 1 can of GEISHA BROWN SHIMEJIMUSHROOM 4oz, drained
・ 1can of GEISHA SHIITAKE MUSHROOM SLICED 4oz, drained
・ 2 pints of milk
・ 1 and 1/2 tablespoon of consommé powder
・ Salt to taste
・ 2 teaspoons of parsley
Bring the milk to a boil in a saucepan, add golden mushrooms, brown shimeji and shiitake and let it boil for a moment.
Add consomme and salt to taste, then turn off the heat.
Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with parsley.
