・ 2 tablespoons of GEISHA ORGANIC COCONUT MILK 13.5fl oz.
・ 1 pint of water
・ 10 large shrimps
・ 1 cup of mushrooms, sliced
・ 1 cup of lemon grass, chopped
・ 2 kaffir lime leaves
・ 1 table spoon of chopped coriander leaves
・ 1/2 teaspoon of ground chili peppers
・ 1/2 teaspoon of salt
・ 2 tablespoons of lime juice
・ 2 tablespoons of fish sauce
Pour the water into a large pot, then add the lemon grass and kaffir lime leaves, bring to a boil.
Add the shrimps when boiled and cover the pot with the lid. Simmer for 3 minutes.
Add mushrooms, salt and coconut milk.
Leave it to simmer for a few minutes. Then remove from the heat.
Season with fish sauce, lime juice and ground chilli.
Add the chopped coriander leaves in the pot before serving.
