・ 1 can of GEISHA WHOLE BABY CORN 14.11oz.
・ 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
・ 3.5 anchovy fillet, chopped
・ 4 slice hams, cut into small piece
・ 1.5 tablespoon of butter
・ 3 tablespoon of heavy cream
・ some diced almond
Grill the young corn without oil in the frying pan. When they are lightly browned, pour soy sauce over them and let the aroma permeate the entire pan.
Roast diced almond in the small pan for a few minutes. Then, set aside roasted almond.
Melt butter in a small frying pan, add anchovies and ham, and fry. Turn off the heat and stir in the cream.
Place the young corn on a plate and pour the sauce. Sprinkle with almond dice.
