・ 1 can of GEISHA SMOKED OCTOPUS IN OIL 3.75oz.
・ 3 tomatoes
・ 1/2 onions, chopped
・ 1 tablespoon of olive oil
・ 3 tablespoon of vinegar
・ Salt & Pepper to taste
Hollow out the stems of the tomatoes and make a shallow, cross-shaped cut on the other side. Place the tomatoes on a ladle and soak in boiled water for about 20 seconds, then remove the tomatoes when the skin starts to peel through the slits. Soak in cold water and peel off the skin.
Let chopped onions soak in the water for 7minutes.
Place the canned octopus, onion, olive oil, and vinegar in a bowl and let sit for a while.
