1 can(6 oz.) Geisha® Solid White Tuna in water, drained
3 Tbsp. chopped green onion
1/2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
4 Tbsp. plain yogurt
3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 Tbsp. horseradish
Salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation
Rinse and slice green onion,combine all ingredients in a food processor. Puree until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerated for 10 minutes to blend flavors.
Place dip in a bowl. Surround with crackers, bread or vegetables of your choice.
