Seafood Cocktail Salad
(Makes 4 Servings) |

Ingredients
- 1 can (4 1/4 oz.) Geisha® Tiny Shrimp, drained.
- 1 can (6 oz.) Geisha® Crab Meat, drained
- 4 lemon wedges
- Any kind of lettus, quantity amount
- For the dressing:dill or parseley, for garnish
- 1/2 cup chili sauce
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 4 Tbsp. thinly sliced celery
- A few drops Tabasco
- 1 Tbsp. vodka
Preparation
- Rinse lettuce. Cut into very thin strips. Keep refrigerated until ready to use.
- For making dressing, in a bowl, combine chili sauce, lemon juice, sliced celery, tabasco, and vodka. The dressing should be spicy.
- Distribute lettuce into 4 serving dishes. Top with the Tiny Shrimp and Crab Meat. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
- Pour dressing over seafood. Garnish with lemon wedges and dill for parsley.
