Healthy Chili
(Makes 4-6 Servings)

Ingredients

  • 1 can (4 oz.) Geisha® Mushrooms, sliced, drained
  • 1 can (8 oz.) Geisha®Water Chestnuts, sliced, drained
  • 2 cans vegetarian chili
  • 1/2 white onion
  • 1/2 cup cooked brown rice
  • 2 Tbsp.water
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Preparation

  1. Chopped Water Chestnuts,Mushrooms and onion.
  2. Mix all ingredients together and cook in the microwave for about 4 minutes.
