Hawaiian Salad
(Makes 4 Servings)
Geisha Pineapple

Ingredients

  • 1 can (8 oz.) Geisha® Sliced Pineapple, drained
  • 8 slices smoked or cooked ham
  • 1 small pickle
  • 1 tart apple
  • 2 cold cooked potatoes
  • 1 cooked carrot
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • Dash salt and pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Preparation

  1. For Hawaiian Salad, cut pickle, Sliced Pineapple, apple, potatoes and carrot into small cubes.
  2. Combine sour cream and mayonnaise. Season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
  3. Add pickle, Sliced Pineapple, apple, potatoes, carrots and to mayonnaise mixture.
  4. Place a generous spoonful of salad on each ham slice. Roll up. Place on a serving dish.
