Garlic Potato
(Makes 4 Servings)

Ingredients

  • 1 can (4 oz.) Geisha® Mushrooms, sliced, drained, chopped
  • 3 large potatoes (about 2 1/2 pounds total), peeled, cut
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 head garlic, peeled, crushed
  • Salt and pepper


Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Combine potatoes, Mushrooms,lemon juice, butter and crushed garlic in large bowl and toss to coat well.
  2. Spread potato mixture evenly in large baking pan. Bake potatoes until tender, about 45 minutes.
