Shrimp Fried Rice
(Makes 4 Servings) |

Ingredients
- 1 can (4 1/4 oz.) Geisha® Tiny Shrimp drained,
- 1 can (4 oz.) Geisha® Mushrooms drained, minced
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked white rice
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 4 Tbsp.vegetable oil
- 1 cup fresh bean sprouts
- 1/4 dried bean curd
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1/4 Tsp. ground black pepper
- 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 Tsp. sesame oil
Preparation
- In a saucepan bring water to a boil. Add rice and stir. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Set aside and allow rice to cool.
- Heat a large skillet. When the skillet is hot, pour in vegetable oil, Tiny Shrimp, Mushrooms, bean sprouts and green onions. Mix well and cook for another 4 minutes, stirring continuously, untl eggs are cooked and everything is blended evenly.
