Geisha Bean Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 1 can (8 oz.) Geisha® Water Chestnuts, drained, sliced
  • 1 can (8 oz.) Geisha® Bamboo Shoots, drained
  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) Geisha® Bean Sprouts, drained
  • 1 can (28 oz.) whole tomatoes
  • 2 pounds steak fillets
  • 4 stalks celery, sliced
  • 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • cooked white rice

Preparation

  1. Cut steak into strips. Quickly sear in a small amount of oil. Add celery, onions, mushrooms and tomatoes. Cook until tender.
  2. Blend cornstarch in water an stir into vegetables with soy sauce, Water Chestnuts, Bamboo Shoots and Bean Sprouts. Simmer for 15 minutes. Serve over fluffy cooked rice.
