Ingredients
- 1 can (4 oz.) Geisha® Mushrooms, drained
- 1 can (8 oz.) Geisha® Water Chestnuts, sliced, drained
- 2 cans vegetarian chili
- 1/2 white onion
- 1/2 cup cooked brown rice
- 2 Tbsp.water
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Chopped Water Chestnuts, Mushrooms and onion.
- Mix all ingredients together and cook in the microwave for about 4 minutes.
