Ingredients
- 1 can (4 oz.) Geisha® Mushrooms, drained, chopped
- 3 large potatoes (about 2 1/2 pounds total), peeled, cut
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 head garlic, peeled, crushed
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Combine potatoes, Mushrooms,lemon juice, butter and crushed garlic in large bowl and toss to coat well.
- Spread potato mixture evenly in large baking pan. Bake potatoes until tender, about 45 minutes.
