Ingredients
- 1 can (8 oz.) Geisha® Water Chestnuts Sliced, drained, shredded
- 1 can (8 oz.) Geisha® Bean Sprouts, drained
- 1 lb of fresh cleaned and diced cactus
- 1 cup of chopped bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. lime juice
Preparation
- Mix all ingredients and salt and pepper to taste, marinate overnight in refrigerator to blend flavors.
