Ingredients
- 1 can (20 oz.) Geisha® Chunk Pineapple,drained
- To make the fruit salad:1 cantaloupe
- 2 papayas
- 10 oz fresh lychees
- 4 kiwi fruits
- To make the dressing:1 can (20 oz.) Geisha® Chunk Pineapple
- 1/3 cup Geisha® Coconut Milk
- 2 Tbsp.white rum
Preparation
- For the Fuit Salad:Peel and slice all of the fruit into bite-size pieces and toss together in a serving bowl.
- For the Dressing:Place the Chunk Pineapple in a food processor and process to a puree. Strain through a sieve.
- Return to the processor, add the coconut Milk and rum and process until combined. Pour the dressing over the fruit salad and serve.
